We aim to keep program descriptions, timetables, prices, offers and contact details accurate. Information may change, and an accidental error on the website does not create an entitlement where the information is clearly incorrect. Please contact us if you need confirmation before relying on time-sensitive information.

Trial offer

The advertised $1 trial includes two weeks of classes and a free uniform valued at $65 and is available only through Shogokan Karate Pakenham. Eligibility, suitable class placement, sizing, availability and commencement arrangements are confirmed during booking. The offer may be changed or withdrawn for future bookings, but any booking already accepted by us will be honoured on the terms confirmed at that time.

Bookings and memberships

Booking links may take you to a third-party scheduling service. A trial booking or ongoing membership may also be subject to separate terms presented during enrolment. These website terms do not replace a signed membership agreement, payment authority, waiver or dojo safety rules.

Health and participation

Karate and fitness activities involve physical exertion and some risk of injury. Participants or their parent or guardian should tell us about relevant injuries, medical conditions or support needs before participating and follow instructor directions. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, graphics, photographs and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Shogokan Karate Pakenham. You may view the website for personal use, but must not reproduce or commercially use its content without permission.
